Jack is an Associate Director based in the London office with 13 years’ experience in transport consultancy, working in the development planning sector.

He successfully manages and delivers a wide range of transport planning projects around the country, overseeing the development of all transport documents to support clients’ planning applications, effectively liaising with local planning authorities and negotiating S106 and S278 highways agreements.

He also leads forward thinking and well-evidenced transport strategies to support large residential developments and Garden Communities through the planning and Local Plan processes, ensuring that measures are practical and cost-effective to aid overall project delivery and viability.

He has developed a broad range of skills in transport planning, traffic engineering, and parking and development control by working with clients and project teams across the residential, commercial, logistics, education, sports and leisure, and energy sectors.
