Rovia expands management team – meet Mike McCullough

Rovia is pleased to announce an exciting addition to its management team. Mike McCullough has been appointed as a new Director and will be central to our growth in the South East of England and Northern Ireland, sharing his time between London and Belfast.

With 18 years of experience in development and transport planning, Mike has played a pivotal role in securing planning permissions across a wide range of sectors. In recent years, his focus has been on residential and logistics projects, where he has led on transport planning and mobility strategies for large-scale developments.

His expertise spans site appraisals, transport masterplanning, mobility strategies, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and transport inputs for Environmental Impact Assessments. Mike has also been instrumental in developing sustainable, vision-led transport strategies for several major UK projects, including proposed Garden Towns.

Mike expressed enthusiasm about joining Rovia.

“After taking a break from full time consulting for a year, I am delighted to rejoin a talented team of transport professionals, many of whom I have worked with for over a decade. I am looking forward to shaping a company that we can be proud of and delivering successful planning permissions for our clients.

“Although now based in Northern Ireland, I will be in London regularly and will continue to work closely with our London team to remain active on projects throughout the South East.
